The Powermatic is completely concealed when the door is closed and only the fixed links and end plates are visible when it is open. It can be fitted where lack of space prevents the use of a surface-mounted door closer. Opening forces comply with the requirements of Approved Document M, making it suitable for use by elderly people and young children. Supplied complete with screws and full fitting instructions. Rounded satin chrome end plates.
Hydraulic twin power mechanisms are held within a housing concealed within the door and linked by two 316 grade stainless steel fixed links to a frame-mounted, anchor plate. The closing speed can be adjusted easily via an adjuster mechanism on the face plate and the power latching action adjusted by a similar mechanism on the anchor plate.
