Product Features
The hook bolt latch is fitted into the edge of the door and both sides of the door face have to be cut away so that the pulls can be fitted flush. A spindle passes through the latch in the door and locates into the back of the two levers on the flush pulls. When the levers are used, the spindle rotates and operates the hook bolt latch. The flush pull with the snib is fitted to the interior of the door and when the snib is turned, both levers are locked and the door cannot be opened. The door can be opened from the outside by use of a screwdriver in the case of an emergency. Suitable for doors up to 45mm thick (thicker doors could be accommodated with a longer spindle). The door would require a style width of 80mm and a minimum thickness of 35mm to fit this latch.
