This power size is achieved in both Fig.1 (regular fixing) and Fig.66 (parallel fixing) application. It features a rack and pinion mechanism, adjustable closing speed/latch action and a matching silver armset. Can be used in many light frequency commercial applications (especially fire doors) where performance and reliability is required. Supplied complete with full fitting instructions although an increased level of D.I.Y skills would be needed to fit this product.
Overall dimensions are length 218mm and width 53mm. Suitable for use on doors measuring a maximum of 950mm and 60kg in weight.
