This is a plate fix pull handle. Plate fix is where the pull handle is fitted on to a back plate and the plate is then screwed to the door rather than the handle. Cast from malleable iron, a protective undercoat (phosphate) treatment is applied prior to the final coating of black paint. A traditional dip paint process is used thereafter, to aid the dull black appearance. Suitable for internal and external use.
